RE: glow plug
I've had good luck with the McCoy MC59, never really had any luck with the Traxxas plugs.<div>
</div><div>Isn't the OS 8 a short medium plug? I believe (not 100% sure) that you will lose a bit of power with a short plug. I have an OS LC3 (hot long plug) on the way, and they also have the LC4 (medium long plug). I haven't tried the OS plugs myself yet, but I hear good things about them.</div>

RE: glow plug
i hot weather i run a little colder plug due to fuels tendancy to evap quicker and ingite faster.
normaly i use either McCoy mc8 or O.S. os8 they seem to work fine for me.
in hotter weather the hotter the plug means the fuel ingites too fast and can cause preignition and make a real bear to tune
