Convert Bucker Jungmeister to Jungmann
I've really fallen in love with a CG Bucker I have and would like something a little larger and GAS......I have a set of Hostetler plans for the Jungmeister.......Is the basic difference cowl and canopy ??? Does anyone know where you might get the cowl ??
There used to be a company ULTRASPORT who had a large Jungmann..but haven't seen them in HIGHFLIGHT..........
A friend of mine tells me that in full scale the difference was a radial engine vs and inline..........Appreciate any input

The Jungmann came first and used an inline engine. The"meister" followed, was a much higher performance aircraft, and used a radial. Both had windscreens, neither had a canopy.Dont know of anyone in N.A. making a cowl, but it should be simple enough to make one out of glass using foam......

I got a Pilot 1/3 Jungman--My builder will start on it next week since the GP pitts is finished--Had to have it because I had the CG Jungman and loved it so much--(Webra Speed 120--best flying thing you ever seen-- just wanted a bigger one also)--That is the only kit I know of IF you can find one. After trying to talk the first guy down $50 -- I bought the second one I saw and didn't ask any questions--These are the only 2 kits I have ever seen for sale. If you can find one - expect to pay around $500 for it.
