Zenoah G45 won't Rev Up
Zenoah G45 with CD ignition won't rev up. Throttle advances to half throttle and then misses and stalls. If I persist and gently advance throttle I can eventually reach top RPM. I have flushed out the carb, changed the ignition module and replaced the Hall sensor and all have had no effect.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Did you flush through the high speed circuit? I have an engine that did this and I finally got whatever was in there flushed out. It took a couple of tries. If you open the high end needle up a couple of turns you might get the engine to suck whatever is blocking the flow through the engine by momentarily working the choke while it is at full throttle.

both idle and high needles seem too lean, or the carb does not supply enough fuel. Just flushing out with needles removed may not be enough. check the inner carb screen, check the fuel passage under the fuel admission needle as well. Check crankcase pulse connection. Check carb membranes. (I have seen pulse chamber gaskets bulge out!)
