From the last time I saw them this is what I think the manuver is in the picture...
High speed take off (take way exceeding the normal speed), pop up a few feet and level off, gear, keep accellerating level, over the very end of the runway pull hard up. Just guessing but 200 to 250kts or more at the point in the picture.
