Great New Servo!!!?
Just purchased an ACE R/C - DS1013 digital/coreless servo, manufactured by Thunder Tiger Corp. It pulls 180oz/13Kg with 0.108s speed, weighs 62g, all metal gears, and has an aluminium heatsink middle case. It's supposed to have a low power consumption, but i can hardly see how.
The guys at the track here in Taiwan rave about them. It cost me US$65
I havent checked out the web site yet, but i havent seen anything like this browsing through Tower Hobbies. Is this a very new product?
If anyone has one, has heard anything about them or knows of some reviews, I would be grateful for any comments. It seems like an incredible deal at $65!
