SC Judging Seminar INFO
South Central IMAC Enthusiasts,
We are happy to announce the first ever South Central Region Flying and Judging Seminar.
The seminar will take place February 19-20th in Fort Worth. Texas.
The fee for this event will be $25 for IMAC Members, and $40 for non-members with a membership included. A full set of course manuals will be provided to the first 50 students. If you plan on attending, please email or call me to be added to the list. 432-352-4354 -or- [email protected]
The primary instructor for this event will be IMAC President, Wally Pitts. We are working very hard to add another National Judging Instructor, either Chief Judge Fred Johnson, or former local George Hicks. Their schedules for February will be confirmed in the next week or two.

The LMRA facility is conveniently located just north of I-20 on Bryant Irvin Rd. Several Hotels and Restaurants are located near the facility.
SCHEDULE:
The school will begin at 0930, with registration beginning at 0900. We have a lot of material to cover, so please plan on being there promptly at 0900. The course runs all day Saturday with a one hour break for lunch. If we get started on time, we should be able to finish by 1700.
Sunday we convene at 1000 at the Ft. Worth Thunderbird Field at Lake Benbrook. We have the field closed for our use until 1400, at which open flying will be available.
This seminar should be considered mandatory for anyone flying in IMAC contests. As most of you know, our region has lacked in the judging department, and seminars such as this are the only way we can fix that!

We have negotiated a very affordable rate at the Motel 6 on Hwy. 377. This motel is on the road to Thunderbird field. Our rates for the event are $44 for a single, and $49 for a double.
