Any grease will work in the cup or on the ring and pinion...
The heaver the grease in the cup the stiffer the diff action will be.

After reading about different ideas on here I tried #100000wt in my rear cup. I'm ready to go stiffer! it definately helps in corners putting some power to the wheel that's weighted. I'm thinking 100000 in the front and 150000 in the rear. IT's not even close to a locker with the 100000wt. No issues turning on any surface at any speed. I think it will also add some durability to the driveshafts since you wont be spinning the wheel in the air at the normal rediculous rpm where the tire blows up like a pizza crust. just my opinion
