Default FSOne Recorded Flight Data (recording file) decoded?

Does anyone know what the numbers represent in the .rcd file for FS One (FS One -> Recordings ->.rcd)? I know they represent the recorded flight data but I am interested in plotting the accelerations, velocities, and position of my plane over time so I can do some more detailed analysis of my flight skills rather than just watching the replay in the program. Any help would be greatly appreciated. For example, I also have AeroFly Professional Delux and their recorded file is setup as follows: first three numbers refer to the X-axis of the 3x3 orientation matrix, the second 3 values refer to the Y-axis, the Z-axis of the matrix is then computed using the cross produx Z = X x Y. The last 3 values specify the position of the center of the object in space.

Thanks,

James
