Default Fuel proofing foam.?

I'm making a plane from foam and I need to know what I can use to fuel proof an area that will be half exposed.

I have two elevator halves and where they join through the fuse is where the foam fuse will be exposed. So I was wondering if just regular epoxy will work wonderfully? Or should I thin the epoxy down somehow? And lastly what do I thin the epoxy with and what ratio should I use for just fuel proofing? Or is there something else completely that works better?

Thanks
Josh

Josh: You can't beat epoxy for fuel-proofing. I would use it full
strength and apply with a Q-Tip. If you do have to thin, then use
rubbing alcohol with a cap full to 2 oz. of premixed epoxy.
