I'm looking for an exhaust extention for my 1.10 fz so my aftermarket muffler can be installed underneath me engine box. SAITO makes several different extentions I've noticed, but I don't know if the exhaust port would share the same thread size. Any knowledge/advice? Thanks, Drew

Sorry I have no knowledge of an exhaust extension that will work. Perhaps someone else on this forum has some experience here.

droosta, give Central hobbies a call. They have a lot of options for headers,pipes,and mufflers.They have helped me many times with custom installs. Jim

Yes Central Hobbies has a header adapter and then they sell some elbows and teflon tubing so you can build about anything...

If you are looking for a longer threaded pipe like the one that comes with the YS engine stock....then I don't know where to go for such a item. Perhaps Saito has something that will work...not sure on the threads.

Central has many many options for the exhaust systems. They can help you come with somethign I'm sure.

Any extension, or elbow made to fit the Saito 1.25 and I mean the 1.25 only will fit any YS from the .91 AC through the 1.70's. Saito made a different exhaust size for this engine and it happens to be the same. I purchased YS exhaust parts to use on the Saito 1.25, and they worked awesome. All the other Saito's bigger and smaller than 1.25 have a different size.

Thanks for the info guys. pspec can't make me a 60 deg. header but a 75 deg may still clear the airbox. I know they make an adjustable one but I worry the YS will rattle it loose. Drew
