Default GWS Transmitter(piccolo fun problems)

Does anyone know how to setup up the channels on a Ikarus board, with this Tramsmitter?.. i can`t seem to get anything to work, as the manual is pants to put it plainly, as the manual gives me diagrams and instructions, that don`t coincide with the equipment that i got with the piccolo..
thx in advance

(pasted from another post)
Hey, you might get a lot of help over on the Ikarus board.
Ikarus

And read Pauls page, several times. The information is that good.
Paul

And read Radds to help with learning to fly without trashing it (well, not TOO bad)

Default RE: GWS Transmitter(piccolo fun problems)

I have the GWS GWT-4A transmitter so here goes,

On my gws RX,(GWR-4P) connections as follows:

ch 1-there are two wires from piccobd that connect to rx(receiver).
when piccobd is mounted in correct position, the top wire goes to ch-1.

ch2- connects to servo that controls left/right.

ch3-connects to servo that controls forward and aft.

ch4- bottom wire from piccobd.

on TX(transmitter)- Channels 1 & 3 are reversed with small DIP switch.

Hope it helps...Bill
