Trying to take off the tail cone on a P120. I thought the three bolts were metric hex, but 2.5MM too small, 3MM too big. Torx 10 too small, 15 too big. 7/64ths too big, 3/32nds too small

what the heck size it is!!

do they make a 12 Torx?

help!!

thanks

joe

Joe, try a square drive bit. I recently was working on a trailer that used a Torx....spent 1/2 a day driving around town to find one that fit...wasn't happening.....just for fun we tried a square bit and it fit perectly....go figure....dont know what the p-120 uses...the P-200 is 2.5mm hex.

My P-120 tailcone uses 2.5 MM hex...the three screws that hold the inner cone in place are 2 MM hex.
I have never seen any torx screws in any of my engines.
