Beeping noise from transmitter!!!
Hi guys,
A couple years ago I went to have my RC cars fixed and the guy there said that one of them was gone for good and the other should be working fine, but recently both controllers started making a beeping noise when they're on and won't make any contact with the cars. I'm reasonably sure that the esc is fine. My car is a 4WD RC 18MT #20110 ready to run car by team associated. I tried calling customer support several times but there's been no one on the phones.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Is your radio the XP2? I'm not too familiar with that particular radio, but he only audible cue from that transmitter should be if the trigger is not in the neutral position when you turn on the transmitter.

Sorry I'm not a big help.
And you get no moment from the steering servo either?
Are the crystals, that are in the transmitter and receiver, the same color/frequency?
You should be able to find the manuals for your radio and ESC. I would make sure to have fresh batteries and set up the ESC.
If you really are dying to get the 18MT up and running, maybe it's time to jump into a 2.4ghz radio system, and not have to deal with AM crystals and such. You can get a decent 2.4ghz radio/receiver for mid twenty dollar range.
