VRC off-road

Will there ever be an nitro off-road version of the VRC series? Like a simulator where you can tune your cars and update to new rides like updating it like the Mamba configs with the USB cables. Whenever a knew kit is released you can go to the site, download something, and upload it to your console. That would be the only reason I would buy a new console.
