Picked up a TC3 cheap
Is there anything right off that I should be fixing or modding? I noticed the steering binds a little bit. I just took off the assembly and enlarged the oval holes that slide on the bushings, seems fine now. Anything else?. Got the car as a roller and have a brushless kit for it. Can it handle decent power? Lastly, are these interchangeable with the other TC models? Thanks all!

RE: Picked up a TC3 cheap
I picked up mine for cheap too. $60 with a newly painted GTR body outfitted with LEDs and a whole bag of springs, pinions, and spurs.
Mine is a Factory Team edition so it came with the FT shocks, sways, heatsink, aluminum prop, etc...I purchased aluminum drive cups and also an aluminum steering rack as well. I also put in Novak's 17.5SS BL system to compete in our TC class here.
My eventual plans once I'm done on-road racing is to convert it to a rally car or a drifter.
