I know there are two manufacturers for this 280bb motor: acro & multiplex.

I personally have the multiplex and it wasn't working well on my aerohawk (with piccolo rotor system).

so....would like to know how well it works for the rest of the people...

I use a 300BB motor in my hornet (i never got the thing to fly properly) but the motor seems fine, powerful.

maybe your motor isnt working well, somone meantioned that futaba radio's sometimes prevent motors from reaching full power (in responce to someone asking why their heli wont fly)

I'm not familiar with aerohawk heli's so i dont realy know, maybe the motor is too small for it or something

Someone used the same but different brand 280bb motor and it worked in his piccolo.
Not for me though.
there's so many factors why the heli won't fly...just keep my head spinning...

Where do you get the 280BB or 300BB ? Is the direction of rotation correct or do you have to retime them ?
