What is the airbleed - bottom by the Carb fuel line factory/reccomended setting. What is the Reccomened setting for the high speed needle and low speed needle as well?

There is no airbleed on this engine. I think the screw you are thinking of is the idle stop screw. The idle mixture screw is located in the center of the throttle arm, just as most twin needle engines. The start mixture settings depend on if the engine is new or broken in. You should do a search on that engine and look for the breakin proceedures posted here. If bought used be sure you have the choke adaptor, it will not draw fuel well without it.
