Who's got the most articulaton?
Everybody post pics of how much articulation your crawler has to see who has the most! I'll be putting mine up as soon as I get done with the links on it.

RE: Who's got the most articulaton?
yall should get a real scale like real crawlers do, a rti ramp. set it at 30 degres drive up with one tire as far as possibe un till a tire comes off the grund, mesure the lenght up the ramp and divide it by your wheel base and multiply by 1000. you get a score. for more info go to http://erau4x4.com/TheRamp.html it explanes it in a little bit more detail.
my wheel base is 10 in and i went 22 in up the ramp 22/10 = 2.2 x 1000 = 2200

Too soft huh, hmm. I'm not too familiar with the TLT but I have looked as some picture of the shocks and the truck in general. The shocks are an unusual design in that the springs don't extend the length of the entire shock-body so it is difficult, or even impossible, to just ad some pre-load spacers. You might be able to fit a small zip-tie at the top of the spring where it is coiled up the most but you might encounter more problems with the spring staying around the shock-body. I've seen some pictures of other peoples TLT's and it looks as though they stretched out the coiled part to add more stiffness but you might want to play that one by ear. Sense I don't have one its hard for me to visualize how to stiffen them.
Hope I helped at lease a little.

He's got a bit more left to go, but that's how far he can stand on his own. I get a little over 90 degrees, which could be better with a few chassis tweaks. I'm happy with it now, It performs great, and from that aspect, I don't need any more.

Sounds Great Spec, I'd like to see pictures of both your TLT and Clod when their done, if you could of coarse.
Nice TXT Airforce, I'd love to ad one of those to my collection, keep up the good work...

Here's my Silver RockDragon (modified TLT-1).
Almost 90 degrees as standing on its own and still has a little more to go.
