Default Stock Super Clod ESC question....

OK...I ended up ordering 2 Super Clod kits. I know it sounds crazy but I wanted 1 to set up old school just for the reasons of nostalgia and to drive slowly around the yard to keep the body pretty. The other is getting the clodzilla IV treatment and will be maxed out.

I have one question about the stock clod: If I set up the retro old school clod with it's motors wired in series, I can use just about any ESC, no matter how wimpy, right?
As I understand it, series makes the ESC think it's driving one motor with double the turn count. For example running two 27 turns in series would make the ESC think it was turning one 54 turn motor. So with that in mind I can run pretty much any ESC without fear of kiling it, right?

The way I understand it, 2 motors in series ='s 1 motor of whatever turn motors your running.

Example - 2 27t motors in series ='s the load of a single 27t motor.

BTW Ive got a wiring guide on my website http://modclods.50megs.com/

Its under the tips/how-to's section.

Ill be adding all kinds of stuff to the stie so check it out often.

OIC...I guess I got a little confused with the parrallel ans series wiring. So any stock ESC should be able to handle stock motors wired in series, right?
