DEAL!! $35 german esc/reverse - NO TURN LIMIT!!!
Here is a direct link to the esc: http://www.ultimatehobbies.com/istar.asp?a=6&id=GMM2843!1002
I went to a local hobby shop (ultimate hobbies) and scored on a GM racing electronic speed control with no turn limit.
I talked to a couple other customers there who had already purchased the esc, and they said it was great.
One guy said he ran it with a 12t double, another guy with a 19t and both said the esc stays cool.
The guy at the counter said his ran great on his ta05 w/ 10t motor until he flipped it in a huge puddle and the esc shorted out.
The store owner said the esc normally retails for around 110 or 120 bucks and he said he had order too many a little while ago, and now he wanted to blow them out.
I uploaded a few pictures so you guys can see.
Sorry the pics are so dark.
Gm-v12 No turn limit
Notice the huge capacitor
The hobby stores website is www.ultimatehobbies.com
I haven't tried it out yet. Will post more info after I get everything hooked up, but everything looks great so far.
I think i'm going to wire them with deans connectors unless I get lazy
