I'd say a PAW 049 or .06 single ballrace. The anodizing suggests it was made late last century. Still available. The size should be stamped in the backplate.

It's a common problem. Take the backplate off and insert a phillips screwdriver or similar into the hole down the crankshaft. You may need to turn the crank so that the conrod is out of the way....
