I’m thrown off a bit by the camo scheme. Looks like desert vs SEA, and more USAF than USN. Am I wrong? I don’t mind being wrong. Happens a lot :-)

Either way, it will be cool looking at the field!

It’s black, brown and light tan from the VF-22 redcocks scheme.

Part of the delay was splitting the fuselage and wing to make shipping cheaper I believe.

That's the plan, as crazy as it is I'm not a fan of this jet when its slick but throw on some tanks and bombs and bam I love it. So that's a must for me so hopefully it will fly with it all, the motor choice should allow for it.

what size motor are you going with??

I'm doing one of our X120s, it is the same size, weight and fuel burn as a 100 class that is recommended. With all the wing tanks and ordnance on I figure the extra thrust will be needed but if not I can always drop down to one our 95s

Just took her out of the box. So far so good. One con is everything is built around the airframe. Definitely a “small motor” with a lot of power is going to be required. I’m installing a Kingtech 102.

Looks good but the AF flew D models. Didnt have the refueling probe. Prob wont bother most people.

The scheme I picked has the refuel probe like the one above so it works for me, this model is no where near being true scale so when it comes to versions I don't think it matters.
My 120 is shorter and just 6mm larger in diameter, hopefully its not a hack job to get it in there

The fuel probe is molded in unfortunately. I like the SEA scheme. I have to many “navy” marked jets anyways.

T-1 list it as a A-7E, which was Navy and had the side mounted fuel probe.

Assemble the A7 tonight. Set a Kingtech 102 in the motor bay. Current weight is 22.95lbs

With all the bombs and drop tanks it’s 26.05lbs
