I'm going to upgrade my savage 25 to either a Racers Edge Sure Fire .32 or XTM 457 Pro Truck 6 Port Engine .28ci do you think I should go too the Robinson Racing Steel Gears For spur / clutch bell??? I'm also adding Werks Racing 4 Shoe Power Clutch or alum shoes. One last thing any ideas on a pipe ??? something under $100 .I know the ribbed pipe is nice but I don't thing I will need the low end punch cause of engines I picked.

Going with a steel spur is not needed. Stick with plastic spurs and you will be perfectly fine if you know how to set your mesh right. If your mesh is not set right or it it gets knocked out of whack you are just asking for an expensive learning expierience. The Werks is a nice clutch, but can be a hassle if you do not use lock-tite. Be sure to lock-tite both nuts and let it sit overnight to set before running the truck. The spring adjusting nut has a habit on adjusting itself if not.

As for your pipe... this one is sweet [link=http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXGFH4&P=ML]CVEC for Savage[/link]

One more thing... You say you have a .25. If that's the case and have not upgraded your diffs to 4 bevel and diff oil you will want to. Also HD drive cups and dogbones are a must.
