Why does the Denver Jet Rally continue to call there meet the 'Best in the West"--same as this one????

Thye do not use that name. it only appears that way on Roger Shipley's page because they have changed the date but not the name of the event for two years now. "Best in the West" name is a CRCJA event and we take around to different fields/clubs in the west coast.

Here ae the directions to Sir Speedy. This is where you will need to pick up a day pass if you are planning on being at El Toro on Thursday. The passes sell for $ 15.00
From the 5 freeway
Take the Sand Canyon exit, go Northeast past the Trabuco Light (.79 Miles)
Turn right south at Irvine Blvd. 3.14 miles
Turn right at Alton Parkway

This is your contest director, Mike Sieniarecki here reporting live from La Quinta Inn in Irvine. Bill Brundle, myself and some of the local jet guys spent the day setting up for the event. Everything looks good and we are ready for a great weekend!!!

One snag though, the County of Orange has told us that we can not stay overnight at the facility. If you intend on bringing RV's, you have to park outside of the gate. Sorry, this news was introduced to me as of about five hours ago. this was a complete surprise to me. If this is the worst thing I have to deal with, then we are looking okay! I am very sorry for those of you intending to camp on site, but we have no other options at this point.
