Has anybody dealt with this company. I ordered a plane from them last week that they said it would be here today. They also said they would get me a tracking # the next day. Its been a week now and they dont answer their phone or my emails. I finally got somebody on their phone today. He said he would call me back in 15 minutes with a tracking #. Still havent heard from them and they dont answer the phone. I am worried they are ripping me off, never mind the frustration factor.

They have been great to me. They are not always around but eventually they will get back to you.

I've had good luck with them, a few days later than promised, but still a good product (Katana) and good packing too.
