Right now there really isn't much in the way of a good gas Cat RTR for under a Grand. The Venom Cat's aren't out yet but are supposed to be going for under a Thou. The thread has slipped onto page 2 of this forum. You're only other choice would be to get one of the Chinese Cat's. I think that I'd wait for the Venoms. It's a lot of boat so I hope that you have a ride with room to tote it in.

Awe cmon Ron, you just bought a RTR for under a grand
I know cause I'd a got it if you hadn't.
Try to find someone on the forums with a good rep to sell you one used. Or get a used hull with used hardware and put a new radio and motor in it

SHHHHHHH! It's not quite RTR but close. Even the guy that I got it from said that I stole it from him. I don't know about that but he did lose money on the deal.
your other hoice for now under a Grand would be one of the Chinese Cat's. They got for around $600.00but do have some minor bugs like bad carbs and weak engine rails. Those keep popping up on eBay.

Our new Cat's are a good deal for under $1000. If your looking for an RTR and a scale hull and good performance right off the gate I'd suggest you look us up and ask some questions. Our shipment is due to arrive anytime now so boats are available as of my last update but in limited quantities.

Hey Venomous I've checked out your site and like the cats they look really cool. The only thing is they look slow in the videos. I'm just wondering if I should spend the extra money and get the blackjack 55. I really like the rear exhaust looks on the venom cats, are they functional? Thanks for the tips.
