hi i have a zenoah G260PUM and its giving me trouble ideling cause it go's off !
and sometimes it knocks offwhen gas is pulled
is it a carb problem ? and how the carb should be properly mounted with the
bulb on top or at the bottom ? carb is a WT-644
can some help me please??

bulb on top .... check and make sure everything is tight ... you have good fuel (Filter) .... carb may need new gaskets (diaphram )... or your seals may be leaking

And of course check your needles. WT-644 - 1 1/2 turns High, 1 1/2 turns Low is a good starting point

i'm not sure but if there is a pulse port on the carb that needs to be aligned properly.
