Considering selling my original Tamiya Hornet - Need suggestions
I have been out of the RC game since I was a kid and recently came across my Hornet in a closet. Everything is original except for the rear tires and it has been sitting untouched for 15 years. I have the original box, manual, and some extra parts like stickers, body accessories, chargers, etc... The car runs perfectly but it does have a few bumps and bruises. I don't know much about the current market for classic RC's so I'm asking for suggestions. Would I get any money for it? Would it be better to sell it in pieces or as a whole set? Could I get enough to cover (or help cover)the cost of a new RC with the same spirit of the Hornet? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks for the feedback. Here's another question. Does anyone have any suggestions for a good rc that has the same spirit as the original hornet? I would like something that can handle itself on and off road without totally blowing my budget. Maybe for less than $200? Preferably a kit so I could put it together myself.

Ever sell that Hornet? If not let me know, interested in buying...also, if anyone knows where I can get a Frog (besides E-Bay), let me know, thanks.
