Ultra Stick 120 + Zenoah G38 = ???
Hi everyone....I have an Ultra Stick 120.....NOT the light version.....and i currently have a Super Tigre 2000 on it....but I have an extra Zenoah G38 just laying around, and I was wondering if the plane would hold up to me flying it full throttle with the G38 on it?
Thanks everyone!!

I have a Brison 2.4 on mine. It hauls it! only problem is that particular plane is a heavy pig, and flies with a "heavy" feel to it. I have had mine since the first ones came out several years ago. flies okay, just heavy feeling.

The reason I was interested in the answers was the performance factor. I fly an Ultra Stick Lite with a Zenoah G-20 and that combo is about four pounds lighter than what you are describing. It is a very fun plane to fly.

hmmmm ... no guarantees on anything. you puts them in the air and who knows. The first one that i had, I put a g-26 on. 2 or 3 flights, and the trailing edge of left wing ripped off. destroyed engine, plane and radio! Soooo, you puts yer favorite engine on, fly it in your favorite manner, and take your chances! win some, n lose some!! been there .... done that!!!!!!

I have had a UF 120 for 5 years with a ST 3250 and it has been an incredible flyer. My only changes was larger landing gear so the large 20 inch prop would clear. I just wish I didn't have to put so much counter weight in it.</p>

I've got the G38 on the GP Giant Big Stick, and it flies great. Had to go with bigger tires. The Big Stick is bigger than the Ultra stick, but not by much.
