Default Shock Spring Settings

Hi all!

So I bought Big Bore aluminium shocks for my Tmaxx 4908. I have not adjusted them and notice when I drop it from a couple feet off the ground it bottoms out on the skid plate hard. I cant remember this happening with the stock shocks. So Icould thread them down all the way and compress the spring? Idon't know the spring stiffness and didnt think it would be too much different than stock. I suppose using the stock prings with the new shocks would be the best. Before I go through the trouble of taking them all off I figured I would get advice from the experts!!

So they aren'tTRAXXAS big bores then. I would change the shock oil to a 50wt or even 60wt.</p>

Just any silicone oil will do. I have associated brand, but it doesn't matter.
