do you still mount the motor and everything the traditional way? and how much do these puppies cost?

yep, same way, just have to make sure bolt pattern will work (there are two sizes on the can, just get the one equivilant to the stock motor) find what shaft it has 3.17 is standard for 1/10 stuff, make sure it has a lip cut (most do)

helie motors are the best match, they can run from $8 to $50 depending on how big/quality you want. for a 1/18 scale you can get a motor for $13 and a 1/10 like 20-40$ online. hobbyking (slow shipping) has the best selection and hobbypartz has the fastest shipping times.

and they will reverse and stop normally too (even stronger than inrunner too)

note- get the highest KV possible which is usually around 4000kv-5200kv or you can go in the 3's for longer run times.
