Engine recomendation
I just purchased a Hanger 9 Ultra Stick 40 and would like a recomendation on as engine to use. I am a fairly new flyer and have been flying a Goldberg Tiger 2 with a Super Tiger GS 45. I want to start using 4-strokes now. The box says a Saito 56 works well but also says you can go up to a Saito 72. I plan to build the plane using the optinal flaperon set-up... I don't know if this would require more power. Also I've heard some bad things about using the supplied CA hinges...Does anyone have an opinion on this?

Go with the .72. You can always pull back if its to much power. Besides that it will be around longer than
the Ultra Stick , and you have a bigger range of planes to put it on. I don't know what hindges come with that
kit , but I use CA hinges with little problems. The key is getting your slots the right thickness and making them
parrallel on the center of the hinge line. later daveo

daveo is right about the engine. On the CA hinges, I've never seen them fail on the 40 sized one. Just for peace of mind though, you can spend 5 bucks at your hobby shop and get some ones you know will work.
