Found something weird inside my Zenoah G26
Bought another G26, I think its a BH Hanson. But I was wanting to know if anyone here knows EXACTLY what the story is on the ignition, and who did the mod on this engine. Either it was completely disassembled and cleaned, or this is a super low hour motor. Going to bench run it this weekend with the slimline pitts that come with it and then a tuned pipe.

Ralph Cunningham makes electronic ignition conversions that hide in the back of the engine like that. Might be one of his units. He goes by "Antique" here in the forums. He does first class work and is one of the most knowledgeable contributors of the forum.

Guity....One of my conversions, I make some for Al Chianelli at B H Hanson...It's an older conversion, no electronic advance, timed at 28 BTDC...
Should turn a Mejzlik 18-6 about 8800 with that Pitts muffler, 10,000 with a pipe.....
