Zenoaha G26 EI problems
Have anybody here ever have an electronic ignition that would spark while hooked up outside of the plug hole, but when you istall it back it doesnt get fire? I have checked and rechecked the timeing and for what i know everything is inline. I took my engine to one of my local fields this weekend with it all hooked up to a runupstand and seeked the help of some exsperianced gas guys and none of them could get it to do anything, we went thru everything and could not get it to fire over at all. they all seem to think that its not fireing under a load, is it posible? I dont know if it is or not. They sugested I send it back to horizen and have them look at it and test the EI. I dont know what else to do.

Did you try a different plug, I have seen plugs that would fire out of the cylinder but would not fire under a load.
If it is the ignition and not under warranty I would not pay what Horizon want for them. $163.00
Get a RCexl replacement and you will even have a better running engine.

Many times.
Change your spark plug cap and boot. On a hard landing or a crash, you MUST always check the silicone/rubber boot for damage or break.
VVRC has the spare part and a manual to replace and DIY.
You must install the resistor included in the repairing kit only if the current wire has a resistor attched at the end of the spark plug wire . I've done it many times on ZG20Ei and ZG26EI engines. First flip start after replacement.
