RE: CNC G2/walkera 36 feather shaft
Hello,
The feathering shaft for the Walkera 36#B CNC rotor head:
These are available from
http://www.helipal.com
http://www.rcmods.co.uk
http://www.rc-fever.com/walkera-67ch-heli-parts
The feathering shafts for the Walkera 60#B and 68#B, Align 450xl 3mm shaft, the Hobbyking 3mm shaft will also fit.
However, the 36#B rotor-heads are problematic.
Tracking difficulties
The pitch crank fixture tends to slip on the blade holder.
The small radial bearings 3x6x2.5mm (id, od, wth) are prone to cogging effect.
The slightest free-play occurring to one blade holder either holder to bearing or bearing to feathering shaft, and the tracking will be effected. If the tracking is out, the 36#B head will not produce much effective lift.
Also, if the feathering shaft is out the main shaft may-well be out of true too.
Regards
