hobbypartz.com
Hobbypartz.com is horrible with regards to customer service. I bought an engine a few weeks ago and can't get it to work with my buggy. For the past two weeks I have tried the live chat and calling but I always get "try again during normal business hours" even though every attempt I have made has been during the business hours specified on their site, not to mention I have emailed with no response. This post is to let everyone know they have great prices and decent products (even though I am having trouble with mine) but if you have an issue, you might as well consider you money flushed down the toilet. BEWARE if you buy from this company. Just an FYI, hobbypartz.com and nitroplanes.com seem to be the same company, so whether you buy from hobbypartz.com or nitroplanes.com, you may have the same issues. Both sites have some nice looking products, but I am afraid to buy anything else from them, I would would rather spend more money and buy elsewhere that I know will support their products.

Also dont be fooled by thier products. They may seem like a good deal, but that's the way
for them to sucker you in. Little to no customer service is exactly right.

When it comes to nitro engines you actually get what you pay for. If it comes to lipos and brushless systems, these are pretty good.

Their batteries are ok for the price if you don't need a stellar performer (and HK don't have a battery that will work in your application)
Had only one issues with back order of a lipo battery, and lack of communication with it, but hell I got my stuff in the end for way less than I could have got it from anywhere else for.
Its also not like I was in a huge hurry so it didn't bother me too much.
Other than that I've ordered like $700-800 in stuff from them and not had any issues.
