Default replacing brushes, need help

I bought some brushes from my hardware store but they don't have the wire connected to them. Is there a way that I can connect one myself? I know solder wouldn't work, any suggestions? I never done this before and need some help.

Thanks!

WAT?
go to your nearest hobby store.

....hardware store; thats where you go when your crapper's busted or if you want to be left alone, (god knows you can never find anyone at home depot)

you say that like it's a bad thing...
I've had them try to help me and believe me, help it is not!!!!

To the OP, I second going to a Hobby Shop. The correct part for your motor will have everything that's susposed to be attached already attached.

haha yeah I know the hardware store isn't the best place to get rc parts, but I was in a hurry and didn't have time to make the journey. Getting new brushes tomorrow from my hobby shop.

Don't buy brushes, buy a brushLESS motor . I hated brushed motors. I could never get those damn brushes in. Always had to have the LHS do it.

Even better still, go glow. Nothing puts a smile on one's face quite like that wonderful little scream accompanied by four tires losing years of life in a few seconds.
