Good luck with your move Tam. The last time we moved (5 years ago) I refused to move to an area that did not have high speed cable Internet access. It was a good decision given my business.
One of my customers who is outside of a high speed access area used a microwave relay to access their local ISP. If this access is very important to you, you could do the same. You could even use this to get you to your local Telco's NOC or local access point from which they would hook up DSL.
