on road tires for bandit?

A good advice is maybe to buy 17 mm adapters and use 1/8th wheels? Then you have a lot of choices, and you can get them really cheap aswell, glued on rims. They also has less tendencies to balloon as the ones made for Slash.

what purpose for on-road?
i use the bandit (tracer) wheels on my firestorm, with anacondas up front and Panther slicks on the rear. No stability issues at high speed.. no ballooning (taped & hard foam).

As it is a long time since i compared the wheel diameter on my then stock Rustler, and some 1/8th wheels, it was so little difference that i didn't bother. Most 1/8th buggywheels are 110 mm in diameter (they are 98 mm on [link=http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_10174051/mpage_2/tm.htm]this car i have modified[/link]), and i think the Rustler stock ones are 108 mm. I don't know where the 108 mm came from, but it popped up in my head right now.

RE: on road tires for bandit?
Thanks. Im actually not much of a dodge fan, so its funny to be using a dodge body... but i dont like the stock firestorm bodies much so i changed it over.
Id think just about any 200mm truck body would fit, will just require some modifying. Im not sure if the rear suspension, and mainly the shock tower & body post position is the same between the E-storm and Nitro storm, but if it is...the only thing i had to do was redrill the front holes, then cut out the top of the bed in the rear to allow clearance for the shock tower and shocks.
Right now i actually cant even use this body anymore until i figure out a way to mount some body posts on the rear, because i no longer have the HPIrear suspension or diff in the truck (using entire rear suspension & diff from a Duratrax truck) and the layout is quite a bit different.

is it the same as the Nitro versions? If so, yeah, being so wide and high turns into a clearance issue. But you can always cut opening for it to clear..
I should have no problem with bodys now... you can see the difference in the layout between the stock rear (1st pic) and with the Duratrax rear (2nd pic).
