Default Everyone here will have an opinion on this about engine

What part of the engine would wear out the fastest when under extreme labor, running a gear ratio for all top end, speed pases.I would think it would be the bearings front and rear. What do you all think.Cause the way i have my gearing set up when i want all top end,i'm sure from the off the line start it would be like a real car with a 4 speed starting out in 3rd gear which would labor the engine really hard. The TRX 3.3

The lower connecting rod bushing will need to be replaced long before the piston and sleeve.

I was thinking the con-rod. If im not mistaken they are pretty weak and its recommended to change them every 2 gallons of fuel if im not mistaken. But i don't know for sure.

In any normal engine, it would be the piston and sleeve, even under load. But the 3.3 has a weak connecting rod, which may give out long before the piston and sleeve when under a hard load. If you plan on stressing the engine, I would swap the stock conrod for the Davis Diesel conrod.
