RE: DCU F-14
Hi Dean, ye its been a few years, I took a little break from the jet stuff for a while, It was too much trying to run my HVAC business and Jetmart, plus a few heath issues but after this year Im glad to say I will be retiring after 30 years of of the HVAC business and I can get back to playing with the jet stuff and finishing some older projects.

<Ronnie don't you know a boat is a hole in the water to throw money in? >
Yep, I know its a money pit but, its not my 1st boat,...8th...It is the 1st one I can live on though for a while crusing LOL.
Its another hobby like jets....their money pits too, a lot of guys spend thousands and thousands of dollars on their jet/hobby and get only get a few flights out of it...LOLOLOL they all got expiration dates on them if you fly them long enough.
<my definition of hobby is to consume time and money to keep you out of trouble> and have fun doing it!
I can,t take that money with me when I go, but i can take it on the boat....so I might as well spend it and have some fun doing it.

RE: DCU F-14
Steve I bought the 1/9 scale fuse mold from Mark/DCU, thats all he said he had of it, Its an awesome fuse mold (highly detailed) me and Steve made a composite wing/stab/fin mold set for it.
We built one DF prototype out of the molds and flew it. I didnt contuine on the project to kit because theirs already a lot of F-18s out there, and It needed as good L.G. set as the fuse, Which is what is holding me up on a lot of projects I have. I cant find a good machinest to make good scale landing gear on small production runs.
Everybody knows a great set of functional scale landing gear is what really sets a model off.
