ARE THERE ANY RUBBER TIRES MADE FOR Team Associated Or Similar 1/12 Pan Cars?
[8D]
HI;
I Just bought my first "Pan Car,a BoLink Legend Coupe,I LOVE It,Simple to Modify,and Easy to Repair. I was wondering,Are there any Manufacturers that make RUBBER TIRES For 1/12 scale Pan Cars? I know that you "Can" run Foam Tires on relatively smooth Clear Asphaly/Concrete lots,but,would like to find out if anyone makes RUBBER Tires for the Team Associated,BoLink style PAN Cars?
THANK YOU For Any Help. I'd LOVE to keep building these cool little cars,and start making Dragsters/Funny Cars,Nascar type Pan cars.
Have a Nice Holiday Everyone,
sincerely,

Nope, not that I know of. If it were 1/10th scale, you could run 'caps', which are rubber... but they are quite expensive, and basically only for asphalt oval. I think your best bet would be to run the softest foam you can find.

Many years back you could get a 12th scale "cap" tire for running concrete oval, simular to the 10th scale oval cars.
Nothing in an off road style.

Thanks to Everyone for your help,I 'll take everyone's advice and see what I can do,maybe "Make" my own rubber "Caps,or see if I can maybe find some rubber compound to "Dip" or coat the foam tires in. Where there's a will there's a way [8D]

i used to cut strips out of a bike inner tube and wrap it around and glue it to old worn out foam tires. in a sense making my own "cap" tires. it works ok for bashing but it's not something you'ed want to race on.
