DLE 30 carb rotation
Greetings:
I am replacing a DLE 20 cc with a new DLE 30. The airplane was initially built for the 20 but due to the different throttle arm position on the 30 carb my set up for the 20 won't work very well.
So, the question is Can the DLE 30 carburator be rotated 180 degrees without effecting the performance of theengine ? If it can, I can then have pretty much a straight shot from the servo to the throttle arm. I think I have seen this posted before but have been unable to find anything.
Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving</p>

Hi
Sorry to run in on your thread, By chance has anyone tried to turn the head to make a rear exhuast on the DLE 30, would work better for me less cowl chopping.
Thanks Mike

RE: DLE 30 carb rotation
Haven't had a look inside my DLE30 yet but I can't imagine being able to turn the jug 90 degrees would work.
Carb yes. Jug, No.
Ports and passages aren't going to line up, to my way of thinking.
...not that I've looked yet...still in the airplane and working well!
