Paul, I like your cart idea.

The terrain around our field would be a little tough on a cart. I have been thinking about getting a used ATV and building a miniature fire truck for our local club.

That's good a perfect water tanker for slightly bigger fire on the field. Just be careful on taking out bigger fire, make sure you call for back up or fire department. Smoke and heat are some factors you might need some PPE also...

CO2 is best for turbine as well as its component (mechanical and electronics). It's effective even on hot engine fire, make sure a blast was given from intake, continues cooling while starving oxygen and fuel.
