Default ProLink Hubs - Wheels

I have had two occasions where I have had a tire come off the wheel hub on take-off. Once on an Elan and another on a UF. Both tires were the original ones that came with the ProLink gear...I had never split the hub. Neither had been damaged or worn excessively. Both came off during a straight run during TO on asphalt. During routine maintenance, I never noticed any indication that they were oversized, out-of-round or had any "play" on the hub.

Anyone experienced this? Got any suggested solutions like an adhesive between the hub and tire?

Thanks,
George

You wouldn't want to use something that stops you from replacing the tire. May be a narrow strip of double sided carpet tape.
