Hello, I recently bought a Bridi Aerocomander Shrike kit. I stumbled across some info about tip stalling. Is any body building a Shrike with modified flyingfoam wing cores? Is anybody flying a Shrike with the modified flyingfoam wing cores? Any info will be greatly appreciated. I dont want this twin to end up like my first one. I built a Wing mfg P-38 and on its maiden flight it tip stalled when I throttled back for landing. Thank you

Hello staggerwing, Did you get new cores from flyingfoam in California? I emailed and ask if they sell cores for the bridi shrike. They said the cores they sell are about one inch wider at the tip and have 2 degrees washout. Thank you

Yes we got them from FlyingFoam. Very quick service. They are wider and have the amount of washout that most who've been successful with flying the Shirke seem to recommend.
