Hiya matey, whereabouts in Liverpool you from, I'm from Huyton. Was in Southport meself last week, and had a great idea.

How's about using the Go-Kart track when the PleasureBeach shuts after summer???? Will give you a proper track to race round then, I would be well up for this (and prob the lad next door but one who has a Kyosho Pureten Astra Nitro)

I was in Liverpool last thursday. It is over 2 hrs away for me.

Seems everything is far from Knaresborough. Anyone close to the Harrogate area?

charlatan! Sounds sweet

I could drive to Southport, only about an hour from here...

I'm guessing it might be worth asking the track owners permission first though

Only problem there is that bridge - you'd have to find somewhere relatively high-up so we can keep an eye on the cars

If we all do ever have a meet-up, I'd be willing to give a lift to a few peeps - got a 406 so there's enough room for five with cars in the boot - that's if you can fit them around my 1.2kw of audio kit, mind

Today I got excited... I found an offroad track to run my Hyper 7. But now I am told the frequency everyone has to run on is 40MHz.... This sucks... All my stuff is 75MHz, and have to replace my radio and all my receivers to 40MHz.

This is going to be expensive for me to race my cars here. Also I was looking at buying an electric TC3. All the gear. etc etc.... Everything is so expensive here. I hate that.

So far we have

London
Bristol
Stoke on Trent
Surrey
Liverpool
Scotland

! Finding a 'middle ground' is going to be very hard !
somewhere between bristol and london seems to be the best place - except for the scot

What radio frequencies does everyone here use?

I am still frustrated over this radio thing. I have a very good top quality radio. But can not race with it since it is 75Mhz....
