I havent had any experience with that enging but O.S. engines are usually top notch in quality.

I have an OS 0.15 CV-X which is a lower power version of yours and it rocks on my MT. I added a dynamite shorty pipe and header and it feels like my performance doubled. Granted I'm just cruising around my yard and the farm next door, its still a nice runner. While I have no direct experience with your motor and obviously the condition of it plays a large role, I've read nothing but good things about these motors and like GotSavage wrote, OS just makes some of the best quality engines you can buy. They've been doing it for a long time. I haven't been able to dig up the exact specs on the 2.5 but the CV-R produces 1.2 HP @ 31000 RPM. That is definitely a nice number for a 0.15 engine on top of the quality and ease of tuning OS brings to the board. If I were you, I'd hang onto that or sell it........to me!

I have one pic right now. I was actually shooting some DV this weekend of me trying to blast through a deep mud puddle. My front drive shaft was broke so I only had the rear wheel drive and ended up drowning my beast....Twice! Anyway, as soon as I get some more shots in and get it all together, I'll get a link to the video. It was pretty cool to see the water roostertailing off the back tires. Of course when I sunk it beyond the air filter I was a little nervous but once I cleaned the muddy water out, put some fuel in it, and cranked a little while she fired right back up. I had balloons covering my electronics so they faired out ok. One was chattering today but nothing major. Anyway, this is all I have right now for photos but I'll get some more together and let you know.

Well I started to edit that video today. I didn't have time to finish before work started and I had the size at 380M so..... Hopefully, I'll get it finished tomorrow and throw it up on my server. So far, its coming along pretty cool. Nothing major but my ride getting drown. Good times, good times.

The prices on those CV's are just too sweet right now. Mine broke in fairly easy just idling about 5 tanks of 20% through it. I jammed the gas here and there but never ran it full bore till after I finished tweaking the carb. I know what you mean on the desire to just haul ass with it. My first truck (Trax Nitro Hawk) was the worst. I'm fairly sure I didn't correctly break that one in but it always ran sweet for me. I still have the setup although a friend of mine beat the hell out of it when I was in the Navy. Now its just a pile of parts and a rolling chassis but I plan on trying to rebuild it for an extra or maybe my nephew.

I'll try and finish that video up in the morning when I get off work. I'm going to be taking some more shots here in a few days assuming the hurricane doesn't cause too many problems. I'm also waiting on some parts for my car and plan on doing some nice vids of that.
