If I remember corectly the rs4-3 takes a standard shaft, not a short shaft, any standard shaft .12 or .15 size side exhaust motor will work.
If you get a rear exhaust engine you'll need different header.

Yea, that is a good engine, at a good price, but it isn't going to work in your RS4 3.
