RCU glitch?

RCU glitch?
I've noticed that sometimes it shows someone as posting the last comment but when you go into the thread they are not listed as the last commentator. Has anyone else noticed this?

probably means that post is pending review/release from a mod.

Andy, I've noticed this for a long time - especially if you make the post, then hit the "return" button on the mouse or back arrow.
